We had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We ate entirely too much at Mom and Dad's and enjoyed spending time with the family. It was great! I'm so excited because now the Christmas season is upon us and I just LOVE Christmas!
I've been doing a little shopping online today and went to lunch with Kristin and Keri. It's been an extrememly relaxing day. Mom and Dad decided to take all of the kids to Fripp for the weekend, so I'm actually sitting on my sofa alone. It's bittersweet. I miss my girl terribly! But, I'm also glad to be getting some things done around the house that I don't usually get around to doing. I bought and put together a shelving system for my sewing room and am about to tackle the organization of that. I can't wait to get in there! (I know, I'm a real dork!) The only thing keeping me from being in there right now is the "What Not to Wear" marathon on TV. It's like the folks on TLC knew that I was going to be without my sidekick today! If anyone wants to nominate me for that show, please feel free. I promise I won't be mad!! I want a makeover! Just let me know in advance so I can take a couple of things out of my closet that I really like;)

oh, i am with you. i love christmas. i actually like that the stores are bringing it all out so soon. i would never nominate you - you have a smart sense of style! YOU are too cute for that show! now, i on the other hand am an ideal candidate. would anyone like to nominate me? anyone...anyone?
Oh Christy, YOU are also too cute for that show. I love your style. It would be a fun thing to do while pregnant, though! Imagine...$5,000 in maternity clothes. You'd be the best dressed preggo on the block!
