Getting Into the Christmas Spirit!

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Wrapping paper unless I'm in a huge hurry!

2. Real tree or Artificial? Both! We always have a real tree, but I'm thinking of adding a smaller artificial tree this year in Elle's room.

3. When do you put up the tree? Thanksgiving break!!

4. When do you take the tree down? Hmmm....Whenever we get to it. Usually when the whole thing is brown and it has successfully gotten sticky mess everywhere!

5. Do you like eggnog? Mmmmm...love it!

6. Favorite gift received as a child? This is terrible, but I really can't remember...maybe my first bike

7. Hardest person to buy for? Grandparents

8. Easiest person to buy for? Elle

9. Do you have a nativity scene? We have a small resin one that Elle likes to play with. She also has a toy one in her room that stays in her window year round. It's fun to watch her play with baby Jesus:)

10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Mailed. Do people really email Christmas cards?

11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? Not sure...

12. Favorite Christmas Movie? Christmas Vacation and Christmas Story

13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? Usually when I get out of school for Christmas break. This year we get out on the 19th. I guess I'm going to have to start a little earlier!

14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? I don't think so.

15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Grandmama's Dressing...best in the world!

16. Lights on the tree? White Lights...lots and lots of them!

17. Favorite Christmas song? I don't know...I love them all!! I could listen to Christmas music year round!

18. Travel at Christmas or stay at home? We used to travel. But now that we have Elle, we stay home so that she can have her very own Christmas. We usually go to Calhoun for a couple of days before Christmas.

19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer's? Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixon, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzon, Rudolph

20. Angel on the tree top or a star? We currently have a star and we put bows underneath.

21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Christmas morning at our house. With the family, sometimes we do Christmas Eve and sometimes we do Christmas night.

22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? Crowded shopping. I'm a spoiled shopper and I like to take my time and be able to look around. I HATE crowded shopping...another reason I should start Christmas shopping earlier.

23. What theme or color are you using? Red and Green of course!

24. Favorite food for Christmas dinner- Grandmama's dressing and LuAnne's macaroni and cheese!

25. What do you want for Christmas this year? A new ski suit.
